About

Author, Jeff Scott, writes from the heart and expresses through fictional stories, antidotes that help those who may be searching for answers in their life, but don’t necessarily want to be told what to do. As most non-fiction books teach through lecture and 98% of the information is not retained by the reader, through Jeff’s stories, the examples are laid out to be and easily understood and recalled.

My purpose is simple and that is; to help people through story. No one can fix your problems in life. Others may have good advice because they’re not emotionally caught up in your scenario, but truly, you’re the only one who can solve your life’s riddles. By writing self-help fiction, people can take what happens to the character in the story, and if it works for them, apply it to their own life. -- Jeff Scott

Raised in a single parent household in Southern California, Jeff learned his life’s lessons through experience; not all of them good. Through believable characters and stories that connect with the reader, Jeff shares with kids everywhere the importance of having integrity, being responsible, learning to be a leader and other avenues he wished someone had taught him while growing up. Dealing with the conflicts and pressures of life can be very difficult for young kids in single or divorced parental households, but this doesn’t mean the roads have to be difficult all of the time.

Raising two kids of his own, and watching them become successful in their own right, through college and being responsible for their own lives, they work toward establishing goals and use the valuable information Jeff shares in his book, Becoming the King.

In his second book, Who Will Be My Judas? Jeff tells the story through the voice of widow, Rebecca Welling, and how she turns her self-defeating life around through the help of a sage. Don’t let the title fool you into thinking it’s a religious book when it really only asks the questions people should be asking themselves.

Observing how so many people sabotage their lives, and in so many ways, Jeff offers thought provoking ideas whether it comes from a story or from his book of words with philosophical ideas, Just Thinking. With more self-help fictional books to come and the part two follow up books of, Becoming the King and Who will be my Judas? Jeff keeps busy by not only creating his own works, but also ghostwrites non-fiction books for professionals across the country.

Always happy to correspond with the public, Jeff welcomes your response to his work with an open mind. He can be reached through the contact information on this website.
